Shipping Information

Welcome to Magic Draw! We are based in Ljubljana, Slovenia (European Union). We specialize in shipping TCG products (Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, and more) securely across Europe.

🇪🇺 For European Union Customers (No Customs!)

Because Magic Draw ships from Slovenia (EU), customers within the European Union do NOT pay any customs duties or import taxes.

  • No Hidden Fees: The price you see at checkout is final.

  • Fast Delivery:

    • Slovenia: 1–2 working days.

    • Neighboring Countries (Austria, Croatia, Italy, Hungary): 2–4 working days.

    • Rest of Europe: 3–7 working days via tracked post/courier.

📦 Packaging & Protection

At Magic Draw, we are collectors too. We know that condition is everything in the TCG world.

  • Sealed Products: Booster boxes and bundles are wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes with filler to prevent movement.

  • Singles: Single cards are shipped in sleeves and toploaders (or card savers), sandwiched between cardboard for maximum protection.

🌍 International Buyers (USA, UK, Switzerland, & Rest of World)

We ship globally! However, please be aware of the following:

  • Customs & Taxes: Customers outside the European Union are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs taxes charged by their local government.

  • Delivery Time: Shipping to the USA, UK, or Canada typically takes 10–21 days depending on customs processing.

Live nearby? You can select "Local Pickup" at checkout to save on shipping costs. We will notify you via email when your order is ready for collection at our Magic Draw location in Ljubljana.

Processing Time

We aim to ship all orders within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the next working day.
